During lockdown we are offering a range of zoom classes to keep your yoga practise going and help keep your mind & body healthy.

Vinyasa Flow is suitable for all levels. We flow through sun salutations and consciously link the breath with the movement. Each class includes pranayama (breath work) and asanas (movement) with a different focus each class. Working on balance, strength, flexibility whilst instilling a sense of calm.
Slow Flow & Meditation
My Slow Flow class is a welcome and much-needed break from the stress of day to day life. Suitable for all levels.
Relax into a soothing sequence and finish up with guided meditation that will leave you feeling calmer, more centered and renewed.

All Sarah C Yoga classes highlighted in bold are included in the pricing plan. Classes are live via Zoom, booking is essential.
When you register for a class the zoom link will be emailed out to you. If you can't make the live time, that's ok, the recording can be sent to you to practise in your own time.
