Private 121
Regularly practicing yoga has many benefits. From increased focus to heightened flexibility, we all benefit differently from yoga.
The wonderful thing with private classes is, they are designed especially for YOU. You will receive individual attention and guidance which allows for a more intimate view into YOUR practise. Rather than committing to a set time of yoga class each week, one of the many perks of 121's mean they can fit into your busy schedule.

ALL CLASSES ARE CURRENTLY ONLINE VIA ZOOM
Pregnancy 121
The aim is to help you feel informed, empowered and in tune with your intuition.
Yoga can enhance the enjoyment of the journey of pregnancy as a special and sacred time, encouraging you to honour yourself and your baby within, whilst cultivating the benefits of self-love and nurturing.
The practises are designed to help you develop your mental and physical strength needed in preparation for labour, birth and beyond.
The tools provided within the sessions are also designed to be a valuable aid to help you feel in control regardless of how things eventuate during labour, helping you have a positive pregnancy and birth experience.
This is booked as a six week course.
These sessions are booked at a time that suits you and can take place either in the comfort of your own home or in my home yoga space if preferred.
Each session includes Discussion, Pranayama (breathing techniques) Asanas(postures), guided meditation/yoga nidra. USB including handouts + mp3s of breathing and relaxation techniques included for you to continue your practise at home.

Your private 121's are tailored to meet your specific needs. So we will always discuss first what it is your are looking for and how I may be able to help you.
Sessions typically include pranayama (breathwork) One of the most underused tools we have to help us through all aspects of our life
Intention setting to help you align with your focus
Asana (postures) my favoured style in vinyasa which is a more flowing practise and links the breath to the movement. I can also teach a slower hatha based yoga and restorative yoga depending on your needs.
Finishing up with Savasana (relaxation) or can take longer here where I guide you through meditation or yoga nidra (deeper state of relaxation)
The important part is for you to be clear on what it is you are looking for within these sessions so you get what it is you may need.
Are you a beginner who would like to build your confidence before stepping into a group class?
Do you have a busy schedule and don't get the chance to make it to class but need that time for yourself to help you unwind, destress and get a better night sleep?
Or maybe you are looking to gain flexibility and increase your mobility.
Maybe you have a specific area of concern within the body that you would like real focus on. i.e. sciatica, your posture, tight hamstrings.
These are just examples to give you an idea of finding your goal.

Please note that due to COVID-19 hands on adjusts are not part of the sessions for the time being.
