Slow Flow & Meditation
Slow Flow class is a welcome and much-needed break from the stress of day to day life. Suitable for all levels.
Relax into a soothing sequence and finish up with guided meditation that will leave you feeling calmer, more centered and renewed.

Sunrise Vinyasa Flow
Flow through sun salutations and consciously link the breath with the movement. Each class includes pranayama (breath work) and asanas (movement) with a different focus each class. Working on balance, strength, flexibility whilst instilling a sense of calm.
Move 360° around your mat with each weeks flow linked with the chakras and elements. Suitable for those with some previous yoga experience.

Yoganic Mum & Baby Yoga
Rebuild, recharge and relax - help ease that transition in to motherhood surrounded by likeminded supportive women.
Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum/ following GP check. Or if you have had a c-section or assisted delivery it is 10-12 weeks.

Yoganic Pregnancy Yoga
Prepare your body and mind through a series of relaxing, supportive and strength building techniques.
Each session is adapted to support you and your growing bump throughout pregnancy helping you to deal with the emotional and physical changes the journey in to motherhood can bring. Maintain your fitness safely during each trimester as well as learning some new techniques specific to labour and birth

Yoganic Beginners Yoga
All of the classes at Yoganic attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
Our classes begin with a gentle flow and gently build momentum each week as we are guided by the individuals present in class. Don't worry if you have never done yoga before or if it has been a while, our classes will reintroduce you to the your yoga.
