About the event
Join me from the comfort of your own home via Zoom. For a gentle paced mindful yoga flow followed by a relaxing guided meditation. In these grounding classes we will work on moving stagnant energy through the body, moving mindfully whilst calming the mind. Wear your comfy clothes (even your PJ's if you like) light your candles and settle into Slow Flow & Meditation. Suitable for all levels.
