Use the energy of this fertile growing season to plant the seeds you wish to nurture and blossom through the coming months.Â
This event will includes intention setting, journalling, yoga and meditation.
Dress comfortably, have a pen and notebook to hand and have your yoga mat and any props you may like to use for added comfort.
