Start your day with 1 hour of vinyasa yoga. This class includes pranayama ( breathwork) sun salutationa, a flowing style linking the breath to the movement and finishes with a lovely savasana.
Suitable for a variety of levels as we offer enough options to challenge and progress, whilst encouraging you to listen to your own body and where you are at today.
